01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and segi44 ("segi44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://segi44.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain a valid Account on segi44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. segi44 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of segi44 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded or otherwise barred from using the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the term of your Account.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. This information must match the identification documents you subsequently submit for KYC verification.

4.3 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal from your Account can be processed. Accepted identity documents include:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Passport (photo page)
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months
• A real-time selfie photograph holding the relevant identity document

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username and password. segi44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.5 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify segi44 immediately via our live chat support or by emailing our support team. Contact details are set out in Section 17 of these Terms.

05 Terms of Use

5.1 The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial, recreational use only. Any systematic or commercial exploitation of the Platform, including but not limited to the use of automated betting tools, bots, scrapers, or API access without express written permission, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that the legality of online gambling varies across jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to verify your legal entitlement to use the Platform from your location.

5.3 segi44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice, including the availability of specific games, betting markets, or payment methods.

5.4 All information published on the Platform — including odds, game rules, promotional terms, and policy documents — is subject to change. The most current version of any document shall take precedence over earlier versions.

5.5 segi44 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 All deposits to your segi44 Account must be made via an authorised payment method in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Authorised payment methods currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and cryptocurrency channels (BTC/USDT). This list is subject to change at segi44's discretion.

6.2 All funds deposited must originate from a payment method legally owned and registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members or associates — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a source that is not your own registered payment method may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. These limits may vary depending on your Account tier, payment method, and applicable platform policies in effect at the time.

6.4 segi44 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. segi44 accepts no responsibility for any such third-party fees.

6.5 Funds deposited into your Account are held in trust for you and may not be used for any purpose other than placing wagers on the Platform or withdrawing in accordance with these Terms.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the same account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Accounts that have not undergone successful KYC will be restricted to a balance hold until verification is complete.

7.3 Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows, and are provided as a guide only — actual times may vary based on payment provider processing, peak volume, or additional verification requirements:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Bank Wire Transfer: typically 15–60 minutes following approval

7.4 segi44 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period, as displayed within the Platform at the time of the withdrawal request.

7.5 segi44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. In such cases, the processing timeline may be extended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

7.6 In the event that a withdrawal is rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation, the funds will be returned to your Account balance and you will be notified of the reason for rejection via the email address registered to your Account.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 segi44 may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, reload bonuses, or VIP tier rewards at its sole discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

8.2 Bonus funds are not real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement must be met before any portion of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

8.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses expire within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• segi44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusive play, or exploiting offer structures — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to account suspension.

8.4 VIP membership tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management — are subject to the VIP Programme terms current at the time, which are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting market interface.

9.2 A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the User once accepted, except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules.

9.3 segi44 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on odds or terms resulting from a manifest error or technical error;
• The outcome of the event has been determined to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity;
• The User placed the bet with knowledge of information that was not publicly available at the time of betting ("insider information");
• The Platform experienced a technical malfunction that materially affected the integrity of the game or event outcome.

9.4 In respect of live casino games, all outcomes are generated by certified RNG software or conducted by real dealers in real-time. segi44 does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is reflected in the published RTP (Return to Player) percentages.

9.5 For sports betting markets, segi44 will use officially recognised result providers to determine the outcome of all markets. Where an official result is unavailable or disputed, segi44 will use its reasonable discretion to settle the market based on the best available evidence.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithmic tools to place bets or exploit the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform via VPN or proxy services with the intention of circumventing geographic access restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards segi44 staff or other users.

10.2 segi44 employs fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor activity on the Platform on a continuous basis. Any Account flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary suspension pending investigation, during which time withdrawals may be placed on hold.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of segi44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; or frame or embed any portion of the Platform within another website or application.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights, in respect of which segi44 may seek all available legal remedies.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, segi44 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or completeness of the Platform or any content therein.

12.2 segi44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures or service interruptions.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit segi44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform. segi44 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity.

13 Responsible Gambling

13.1 segi44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

13.2 You may at any time request the implementation of a voluntary self-exclusion by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Once a self-exclusion is active, you agree not to attempt to circumvent it by opening a new Account or accessing the Platform through alternative means.

13.3 segi44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all users. We reserve the right to carry out age verification at any time and to suspend any Account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account holder is underage.

14 Termination

14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting segi44 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

14.2 segi44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

14.3 In the event of Account termination by segi44 due to breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited. segi44 will communicate the reasons for termination and any balance determination in writing to the registered email address associated with the Account.

14.4 Accounts that are inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be reclassified as dormant. segi44 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder prior to any dormancy action. Applicable dormancy terms, including any administrative fees, will be disclosed at the time of notification.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 segi44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

15.3 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which segi44 holds its international gaming licence, to the exclusion of its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 In the event of any dispute between you and segi44 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. segi44 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Most disputes relating to bet settlements, account issues, or payment queries are resolved within 48 hours of submission.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. You agree to participate in arbitration on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

16.4 Nothing in this section shall limit segi44's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
